THANK YOU!

A very BIG thank you to all the councillors who helped with the Musical. A special thank you for those who stayed on throughout the day; and those who joined the cluster amazing race before joining us at RP. THANK YOU to those who carried out their duties with a smile on your lips always. :)

All of you did very well today! SO happy to see everyone working together; but especially enjoyed the mini-eating session and our chit-chats in between the 2 shows. I hope you enjoyed it too.

We're very proud of all you :) Great work, peeps!

Duty for Saturday, 2nd August 2008

Cluster W6 NE Amazing Race

20 councillors are involved in this event. Take note of the following:

1. Attire: House T-shirt and school shorts (beige).
2. Track shoes ARE ALLOWED.
3. Please report at AES at 7.20am. Do NOT be late.
4. All those involved in the race must ensure that they have their EZ-Link cards with them.
5. Please top-up the value of the cards before the event because you will need to use it during the race.

New SC Room & Duty List

Dear all,

Last Saturday, a few of us came back to help clean and reorganise our SC room. Thank you, Faris, Sze Chieh, Wah Long, Nicholas (sec 2) Solihin, Afiq and Benedict (our honourary SC member? hehe ;)).

Since we have put in so much effort to make it nice and and cozy for all of you, please observe these few rules when you're in the SC room:

1. No eating or drinking in the room.
2. Before you leave, pick up any litter and throw in the bin (there are 2 bins in there now!).
3. Arrange back all chairs and tables in their original position before you leave the room.
4. Remove shoes and any footwear before sitting/stepping onto the green carpet. Please keep carpet clean for all councillors to rest on. If you're sweaty, don't rest on the cushions, please! Let's observe some hygiene too!
5. The aircon should be used sparingly. Use the fan and reserve the aircon for special occassions please. It can be quite pleasant and breezy if you leave the door and windows open.
6. No councillor is to be found in the room with the door locked and all windows closed.

SC Duty

Please refer to the duty list on the board placed on the door of the SC room. All councillors on duty will be required to sign in when they report for duty and all these will be filed. Those found not to have carried out their duty conscientiously will have disciplinary actions taken against them.
